You should be receiving the invitations in the first week of October. The invitations will have all the pertinent information in them. Please RSVP ASAP.

Yes, there will be tickets available at the door. However, an accurate headcount is critical to make this a success. Prepayment is exceedingly encouraged for the sake of organizing the event. If we do not have an accurate headcount the result could be too much/little food/drinks/space.
Please consider this when making your decision to prepay.

Here's a question: Did you only invite members that are on this board, or did you also hunt down alumni who haven't found their way to your site yet? Just wondering if there's a chance others that haven't found this board yet might be at the reunion. :)

Hi Kerri,
Everyone who submitted (voluntarily) an updated address to Amy (Boucher) Genest will receive an invite.
Amy also got the last known addresses of ALL graduates and sent an invite to those addresses as well.
I have already received AND sent mine back. This tells me that Amy must have already put them in the mail last week.

Will we be receiving e-mail confirmation for the checks that have been received so we know that we're on the list? Or is the cancelled check it?

When the check clears your account that is the confirmation you will receive that it has reached me and you are all set.
