OK folks, this is fixed, you should be able to attach most files without problems. The only files not allowed are of some types that could potentially run scripts and be harmful to the site.
Of course, you should always run an updated virus check on all files. This site has no way of determining if a user posts a file that is contaminated by a virus.

Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP?
Mac/Linux?
What Internet browser?
Netscape? Internet Explorer? Opera?
Can you click on the QUOTE button to this message, when it loads, then press CONTROL (hold it down) and the R key on your keyboard.
See what happens.

ok, i have windows xp, internet explorer i think, and all it did was reload this page.

well it looks like it attached the previous message but there is still no way for me to attach a file from my pc.

First click on quote, THEN reload the page and see if you can see the Add an Attachment section, just below the checkbox that reads:
Notify me when a reply is posted
